Free International Warranty Support

Products sold by BengalPC have Genuine International Warranty. In case of any defect, BengalPC will handle the full warranty claim process by sending the item to the Overseas Official Brand Authorized Service Center — at No Extra Cost to you. We ensure smooth and transparent support even if the product is not covered by local distributors, giving you complete peace of mind.

Warranty Claim Timeframe

Minor issues – Up to 1 month || Major issues – Up to 2 months

GPU Warranty Void If

Signs of rust, oxidation or fungus | PCB Burnt or physically damaged (intentional or accidental) | Warranty seal or card tampered without authorization | No burn warranty | Damage or short circuit from insufficient power supply.

Laptop Warranty Void If

Cracked screens, liquid spills, broken hinges, or damage due to extreme temperatures | Breaking warranty seals, opening chassis incorrectly or causing internal damage during self-upgrades | Flashing BIOS or CPU overclocking | Using 3rd party components.

Important

Customers who purchased a Laptop or Graphics Card that was Brand New & Sealed is considered responsible for any actions that result in the warranty being voided — So, if overseas authorized service center declines warranty due to the warranty being void, BengalPC will not be held responsible and will not offer any compensation or replacement under any circumstances.

Warranty Expired

BengalPC holds No Responsibility once the warranty period ends.
BengalPC is not liable for items with local BD warranty. Customers must contact the respective shop directly.

Refund Policy

Products sold are only refundable if the item has hardware defects and is not user induced (example - insufficient power supply) in the first 7 days of purchase. Software or game-specific issues do not qualify. After 7 days, any issues must be handled through the official warranty claim process.
