All other products have Official International Warranty that can only be claimed from BengalPC. We will take full responsibility for shipping the product to the Overseas Brand-Authorized Service Center for FREE! We ensure smooth and transparent support even if the product is not covered by local distributors, giving you complete peace of mind.

Important

The warranty period begins from BengalPC’s purchase date, not the customer’s purchase date. This is because the original supplier activates the warranty at the time of BengalPC’s purchase, and international shipping may take 15–20 days before the product reaches us.

Warranty Claim Timeframe

Minor issues may take up to 1 month, while major issues may take up to 2 months to resolve. However, we request customers to allow up to 2 months for the complete service process to ensure proper diagnosis, repair/replacement and return.

We would like to reiterate that BengalPC’s responsibility to customers is limited to ensuring the safe shipment of the product to the overseas brand-authorized service center for warranty evaluation and service. If the overseas authorized service center declines the warranty claim due to the warranty being void, BengalPC will not be held responsible and will not provide any compensation, replacement, or refund under any circumstances.

Replacement & Refund Policy

Instant replacement will be provided to customers who experience hardware defects within 7 days of purchase. Software or game-specific issues do not qualify (example - all games run normally except 1-specific game). If BengalPC, cannot provide a replacement, instant refund will be provided - no questions asked! After the initial 7-day period has passed, all issues must be resolved through the international warranty claim process.

GPU Warranty Void Conditions

  • Signs of rust, oxidation, or fungus

  • Burnt PCB or any form of physical damage, whether intentional or accidental

  • Warranty seal or warranty card tampered without authorization

  • In cases involving short circuits or burn-related damage, the final decision rests solely with the authorized service center

Laptop Warranty Void Conditions

  • Cracked screens, liquid spills, broken hinges, or damage caused by extreme temperatures

  • Breaking warranty seals, improper chassis opening, or internal damage resulting from self-upgrades or unauthorized servicing

  • BIOS flashing, CPU overclocking, or any form of unauthorized firmware modification

  • Use of third-party or non-approved components

Monitor Warranty Void Conditions

  • Monitor must be returned in its full original packaging and all accessories must be included

  • Warranty claims must be made before the appearance of four (4) dead pixels

  • Any physical or liquid damage will void the warranty

  • Unauthorized third-party repair or servicing

Controller & Mouse Warranty Void Conditions

  • Damage caused by human actions, including drops, impact, or burning

  • Refitting, disassembly, or unauthorized modifications

  • Misuse of the battery pack or charger

  • Use of unofficial or incompatible charging accessories

  • Product labels, serial numbers, or stickers altered, damaged, or removed

Warranty Expired

BengalPC holds no responsibility once the warranty period has ended. Additionally, BengalPC is not liable for used or second-hand items that have Official Authorized Local Bangladeshi Warranty from other stores. In such cases, customers must contact the respective shop directly for any warranty or after-sales support.
