Delivery Time

Total delivery time for all items is 29 business days. Please be patient.

Preorder

A 10–20% deposit is required at the time of placing the order. Preorder & Bookings are Non-Refundable If customers cancel orders. However, if the delivery is delayed by 29 business days, customers will be given a full refund.

Once the product is ready for delivery, customers will be notified via WhatsApp. Customers are required to pay the remaining dues within 15 days of receiving the notification. After full payment is completed, we are happy to hold the product for an extended period if needed. If the outstanding amount is not paid within 15 days, BengalPC reserves the right to sell the product to another customer, and any preorder deposit will be non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we had to implement this policy because some customers place orders and then delay payment for an extended period after the product arrives. Such delays are not financially sustainable for a small business like ours, as we do not have unlimited funds to reinvest.

Laptop Preorder

All laptops are brand new and sealed. To ensure faster delivery to Bangladesh, our team must open the box for clearance & processing. You will receive photos and a video of the unboxing before we proceed with your permission. We believe in complete transparency throughout this process.
