A. Free International Warranty Support
Products sold by BengalPC have Genuine International Warranty. In case of any defect, BengalPC will handle the full warranty claim process by sending the item to the Overseas official brand-authorized service center — at no extra cost to you.
We ensure smooth and transparent support even if the product is not covered by local distributors, giving you complete peace of mind.
All laptops are preoreder items only. Preorder with 10% Deposit Fee & Delivery in 15 days. Please connect with us in whatsapp for further information.
B. Warranty Conditions & Void Scenarios
- Burnt or physically damaged
- Warranty sticker is removed or tampered
- Thermal paste is changed
- Product has mechanical, accidental, or water damage
- Signs of rust or oxidization
- Opened or repaired by unauthorized personnel
C. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee
Defective items will be replaced within 7 days of purchase. Software/game-specific issues does not qualify.
After 7 days, any issues must be handled through the official warranty claim process.
D. Shop Warranty (1-Month)
First 10 days: Direct replacement | After 10 days: Repair service | If unrepaired, a replacement will be provided.
E. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided if no solution or replacement is possible. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
F. Warranty Expired
BengalPC holds No Responsibility once the warranty period ends.
BengalPC is not liable for items with local BD warranty. Customers must contact the respective shop directly.
